Environmental Poster 

Create an eye-catching and thought-provoking artwork that highlights an environmental issue that is important to you. Your poster should effectively communicate the issue through visual elements such as color, composition, and symbolism. Consider the emotions you want your poster to evoke in viewers - do you want them to feel a sense of urgency, sadness, or hopefulness? Think about how you can use the power of art to inspire action and encourage people to make a positive impact on the environment. Your poster should convey a message of environmental responsibility and remind viewers of the importance of taking care of our planet.

  • Environmental posters can be prepared and submitted by only one student.

  • The poster size should be 20x26 inches.

  • Posters must be submitted in JPEG format with a file size under 5 MB.

  • Choose your topic: Pick one environmental issue that you are most passionate about. Topics may include, but are not limited to, global warming, water scarcity, air quality, or waste management.

  • Create your poster: Use your creativity to design a visually appealing poster that highlights the chosen environmental issue. You may use a variety of mediums such as painting, digital art, or mixed media.

  • Include a message: Make sure your poster conveys your message and encourages others to take action.

  • Your project file name must include the title of your work.

Remember, your poster can be a powerful tool to raise awareness and inspire action on environmental issues.
So take your time, be creative, and use your artistic talent to make a difference.

Judging Criteria

  • Creativity: Does the artwork exhibit originality and novelty?

  • Composition: Does the artwork exhibit a static or dynamic visual balance between the pieces included in the artwork?

  • Expression: How effectively does the artwork portray its message to the audience? 

  • Relevance: How closely does the topic relate to regional or international environmental concerns?

  • Overall Quality: Does the artwork possess the qualities of a strong, finished piece of art?
